2 en 1 Probléme fenetre systeme 32 et mise en veille du pc

Bonjour à tous,

Voici mon 1er probléme : J'ai sans arret la fénetre : Ordinateur / Windows 7 (c:) / Windows / systeme 32 qui s'ouvre aléatoirement quand je vais sois sur le net ou que je regarde un film. C'est tres énervant et j'ai pas trouvé la solution sur google, vous en pensez quoi ?


2eme problemes : Depuis plus de 7 mois mon pc ne ce met plus en veille, ci ce n'est que l'écran, et pourtant tout est bien configuré pour que la tour s'éteingne aux bout de 15 minutes, mais rien n'y fait. Merci de m'aider :icon_wink-221e:

A tout hasard, fais un scan avec ton antivirus et MBAM, dont tu posteras le rapport ici entre les balises [ code] et [ /code].

Bitedefender n'a rien trouvé.

Et maintenant que dois-je faire ?

Sur cette page AdwCleaner (de Xplode) , clique sur bouton de téléchargement et enregistre le fichier sur ton Bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône AdwCleaner0.exe pour lancer l'installation.

Sous Vista & 7, il faut lancer le fichier par clic-droit -> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Et sous IE9, le filtre SmartScreen déclenche une alerte, clique sur Actions puis sur Exécuter quand même

Sur le menu principal, clique sur Suppression et patiente le temps de l'analyse

A la fin, un rapport AdwCleaner[S1].txt s'ouvre.
Poste le rapport en pièce jointe dans ta prochaine réponse

J'ai téléchargé MBAM et j'ai lancé l'analyse, il ma trouvé comme tu as écrit, pleins de Tuto4PC que j'ai supprimé de suite (sans avoir lu ton 2eme messages) donc le second rapport je ne l'ai pas enregistré (les Tuto4PC sont mis en quarantaine par MBAM).

J'ai relancé l'analyse et dans la partie Vendeur de MBAM je voie 13 fichiers sous ce nom : PUP.Tuto4PC, je les supprime aussi ?
 
Oui, si tu le peux.
Normalement AdwCleaner, lui, les fichiers/dossiers ainsi que les clés se trouvant dans la base des registres, il les aurait éliminés.

Essayes tout de même et on verra par la suite
 
Donc, tout les fichiers ou dossiers ayant Tuto4PC ont était supprimer correctement avec MBAM, là, il me reste que des applications analysé par MBAM dont je me sert et qui ne contiène pas Tutu4PC et cette fameuse fenêtre (Ordinateur / Windows 7 ( c : / Windows / systeme 32) ne s'ouvre plus.

Il me reste ce probéme du pc qui ne veux pas ce mettre en veille.

L'écran et la tour sont bien réglé pour ce mettre en veille au bout de 15 minutes, mais je n'ai que l'écran qui ce met en veille et la tour continue de tourner :confused-188a:

Je vois dans le rapport de MBAM que tu as posté au début un adware : Eorezo. Tu l'as viré aussi (via MBAM) ?

Et peux-tu faire ça aussi : Télécharge cette version d'HijackThis sur ton bureau puis renomme le en HTP.exe. Lance-le, clique sur Do A System Scan And Save A Log File et colle le rapport ici entre les balises [ CODE] et [ /CODE].

Hijackthis est un logiciel très performant pour découvrir s'il reste encore des infections. Néanmoins, il faut savoir lire un rapport, ce qui n'est pas si simple au premier abord. Si ton problème de veille vient d'un malware qui serait toujours là mais que MBAM n'aurais pas trouvé, Hijackthis le trouvera :sourire-4e62:
 
Question bête tu a regarder dans Panneau de configuration/option d'alimentation comment c'est régler ?
