Bonjour, comme beaucoup d’entre vous je fais de la prise de bureau à distance pour aider des amis. Je le post ici pour avoir quelques avis et idée d'amélioration.

J’ai récemment trouvé un site qui permet de faire de la prise à distance très simplement. Pas besoin de configurer votre modem et pas besoin d’installer quoique ce soit. De plus il permet le transfert de fichier.

Ce petit logiciel peut faire de la télémaintenance sur réseau public (par internet) comme privé (LAN).
Pour faire il suffit de se connecter avec Internet Explorer sur le site http://www.ammyy.com/en/

3)Le client et l’opérateur doivent tout deux exécuter ce même soft.
Coté client, il suffit de donner votre ID (par téléphone, MSN ou autre) à l’opérateur et faire Démarrer. L'ID est généré automatiquement.

5)Si l’opérateur cherche un fichier ou dossier dans votre machine, vous le verrez en bas du logiciel.
