Un keylogger est un programme qui enregistre tout ce que tu tapes sur ton clavier.

Puisque l'hijack, le mbam et kasper ne signalent plus d'infection le pc semble désinfecté.

Maintenant suis ce tutoriel mais à la fin du décoches toutes les cases, tu clique sur "Appliquer" puis tu recoche les cases que tu as décoché puis "Appliquer" et "Ok"

merci mais je connais très bien sa et je l'ai fais hier suite à un conseil(avant analyse avec malwarebytes)
et pour les sauvegardes j'ai un 2° dd ou il y a une image faite par acronis true image 2009 qui est faite sur une partition sécurisée:icon_wink-221e:
j'espère que c'est ok, je rappellerai au cas ou(laissez svp le sujet ouvert:icon_wink-221e

et bien pas de bol je viens de recevoir à nouveau le message avec le cheval de troie

Dans l'interface web de ta boite mail, donc sur le site de dragonet, tu dois avoir une partie liste noire. Ajoutes y l'adresse suivante :

*@bankofamerica.com

Ainsi les messages en questions seront détruits avant d'arriver dans ta boite mail. :icon_wink-221e:

La première image qu tu as mise ne s'affiche pas, il faut la mettre en ligne avec un hébergeur d'images comme celui proposé par le forum par exemple (pièces jointes).

Pour la deuxième (enfin, le copier/coller), ce ne sont pas les bonnes options, celles-ci bloquent l'accès à des URL. Ce n'est pas la liste noire des email.

y a t'il encore un espoirs pour empêcher ses messages de me parvenir
car quand j'avais mon ancien PC je l'avais formaté en espérant que sa sois fini; et bien non, donc sa ne saire à rien de formater et même de changer de logiciel de messagerie

Ca n'a rien à voir avec le pc ou le logiciel de messagerie, c'est ta boite mail qui est simplement spammée. Et ça, à part bloquer l'email dans l'interface web de ta boite mail, tu ne peux pas l'empêcher.

Non, c'est simplement du spam. Un serveur de pub qui envoie, à des tonnes d'adresses email récoltées sur le net ou générées via un algorithme, sa publicité et les merdes qui s'en suivent. Le seul moyen de luter contre ce genre de choses c'est de mettre l'adresse en question (*@bankofamerika.com) dans la liste noire de ta boite mail (niveau interface web). Si tu n'en à pas, tu ne peux pas luter contre ça.

sinon il n'est pas possible de contacter mon fournisseur internet pour voir si 'est pas chez eux qu'il y a une brèche :confused-188a:
